职责范围
•为客户开发响应式桌面优先基于网络的索赔用户端，以供客户监督理赔流程，管理账单并与RefundLabs索赔专家互动
•与UI / UX设计合作以构建可重复使用的通用UI控件和一致的设计主题库
•与UI / UX设计合作，基于Illustrator / Sketch设计构建HTML / CSS / JS驱动的前端
•使用SVG和D3.js开发基于JS的自定义交互式数据可视化
•承担明智的风险，做出决策和有能力处理模糊地带的问题（我们是一支规模小，敏捷且节奏快的团队）
技能与资格
•具有HTML / CSS / Javascript / React的学士学位和2年以上经验
•开发基于CSS的响应式Web布局的专家
•使用React / Redux构建交互式Web应用程序的专家
•具有现代Javascript的丰富经验：Ecmascript 2015，原型继承等
•具有语义HTML5和跨浏览器兼容CSS3的丰富经验
•具有使用CSS预处理器（Sass和/或LESS）的经验
•能够对整个前端进行绿地开发（与前端团队其他成员合作）
•具有使用SVG和D3.js设计自定义可视化效果的经验者优先
•熟悉Git版本控制者优先
Responsibilities
• Develop responsive desktop-first web-based claims portal for clients to oversee claims process, manage billing, and interact with RefundLabs specialists
• Collaborate with UI/UX designer to build reusable library of common UI controls and consistent design motifs
• Collaborate with UI/UX designer to build HTML/CSS/JS-driven front-end based on Illustrator/Sketch designs
• Develop custom JS-based interactive data visualizations using SVG and D3.js
• Take intelligent risks, make decisions, and power through ambiguity (we’re a small, agile, & fast paced team)
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript/React
• Expert in developing CSS-based responsive web layouts
• Expert in using React/Redux to build interactive web applications
• Strong experience with modern Javascript: Ecmascript 2015, prototypal inheritance, etc
• Strong experience with semantic HTML5 & cross-browser compatible CSS3
• Experience using CSS preprocessors (Sass and/or LESS)
• Capable of greenfield development of an entire front-end (with collaboration from rest of the front end team)
• Experience designing custom visualizations with SVG and D3.js is a plus
• Familiarity with Git version control is a plus
